A concerned citizen has provided us with the following notes and clips from the Blasting Plan document.
If something goes wrong below is the advice to fire fighters for the explosives (evacuate to 2,500' minimum distance)
This project team has shown multiple times a lack of concern about student safety.
Keep in mind the blasting plan states 100% of all blasting will be during permit hours M-F 8-4pm. Every blast will require three sets of audible.
With up to 3 blasts per day and with each blast requiring 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 Audible signals, the students could be hearing up to 18 blast horns per day, as well as the 3 actual explosions.
